Bridget Chamberlain is a senior associate in Bird & Bird's commercial practice in London. Her practice has a particular focus on advising clients in a variety of sectors on complex, strategic technology and communications projects. Bridget's expertise and interest lies in advising businesses being transformed or disrupted by technology. She has advised on a range of technology and communications projects from software licensing and maintenance agreements and SaaS projects to large outsourcing projects and technology transformation projects. Bridget particularly enjoys working with clients to navigate the risks and legal issues which arise when developing, buying or selling new technologies. She works with clients ranging from start-ups to multinationals and have experience working for both the supplier and the customer on contract negotiations so I understand the priorities and risks for both sides.
