Carlos Pulcha is an associate of BARLAW - Barrera & Asociados. He has more than 12 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property law. He specializes in trademarks, copyrights, patents, anti-piracy and litigation. Carlos graduated as a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2013). He also participated in several seminars on Intellectual Property and Competition Law (World Intellectual Property Organization (OMPI) and INDECOPI), as well as the Specialization Course on Plant Varieties given by the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV). Carlos is the author of multiple articles for international magazines such as World Trademark Review (WTR) and Marcasur.
