Chantal Koller has been an IP attorney for over 25 years. Specialised in the management of and strategic questions concerning trademark, design and domain name portfolios, and as a former IP firm manager and in-house counsel, Chantal incorporates corporate requirements into IP strategies and delivers efficient plans respecting budget constraints. She is very knowledgeable in terms of trademark prosecution requirements (absolute/relative grounds) and guides her clients from brand creation to enforcement strategies. Chantal has also worked in demanding environments, notably as legal counsel of an international sports federation and as IP portfolio manager for a beverage company, where she had to coordinate all European litigation on the ownership disputes over former state-owned vodka brands Moskovskaya and Stolichnaya (against the Russian state). This intense experience was then followed by a management position at Novagraaf from 2008, where she developed strong organizational and managerial skills. She joined PRINS as a partner in 2022 and is in charge of the Trademark Department overseeing all of the firm’s trademark and domain name matters. In a constantly evolving climate, the skills she acquired in her prior roles benefit the firm, as well as clients.
