Ms. Park is a foreign trademark attorney at the firm’s IP Practice. Her practice mainly focuses on areas of IP protection for both domestic and foreign companies. While working in the firm, she has been involved in matters concerning trademark disputes, customs enforcement, civil and criminal litigations relating to brand protection and unfair competition, as well as the Korea Trade Commission investigations involving unfair trade practices. In 2021, Ms. Park presented in a webinar titled “Tackling Online Counterfeits in Korea,” where she shared the specific measures undertaken by e-commerce websites in Korea in line with the rapid growth of online counterfeit sales.
