Crystal J Chen is a partner at Tsai, Lee & Chen. Her practices cover all areas of IP law, particularly focused on anti-counterfeiting and infringement solutions relating to patent, trademark and trade dress issues. Her global clientele includes many Global 500 companies in the fashion and luxury industry. Ms Chen is a member of the design committee of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and a member of many international IP associations. She has a law degree from Taiwan, and was admitted to the New York State Bar and the China National Bar. She frequently contributes to law journals and IP magazines, as well as speaks at international panels.
