Danielle is a member of the anti-counterfeiting team and litigation group at Epstein Drangel LLP. Prior to joining Epstein Drangel LLP, Danielle practiced civil litigation for five years. Danielle represents clients in a broad spectrum of trademark, copyright, anti-counterfeiting, false advertising and related litigation matters in a range of industries including fashion, toys, consumer products and entertainment. Danielle has been recognized by her peers as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for the past three years. Danielle graduated from University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2014. While in law school, Danielle was a Notes and Comments Editor of the school’s Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law and participated in the Corporate and Real Estate Clinic. Danielle is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York.
