David Toscano is the founding partner of TADIR Dispute Resolution. David acts as lecturer at Universidad San Francisco de Quito and Universidad de las Américas, teaching both at a graduate and post graduate level (Masters on International Arbitration at both universities). David obtained his first degree in Law from Universidad San Francisco de Quito. He holds a Masters in Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge and a Masters in European Union Competition Law from King’s College London.
