With almost 20 years of experience, Eduardo frequently works on infrastructure projects, mainly in the electricity and oil and gas industry and especially in matters related to the midstream and downstream sectors of the natural gas chain. In the electricity sector, Eduardo advises clients on the structuring and implementation of projects in electricity generation (mainly from renewable sources), actively participating in the negotiation of construction contracts and conducting regulatory risk assessments considering the specifics of each project. He also has relevant experience in the mergers and acquisitions sector, having advised clients in transactions involving the purchase and sale of equity interests, mainly in the electricity, logistic and oil and gas industries. Eduardo graduated in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (2004) and is admitted to the Brazilian Bar in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. He was recognized in Latin Lawyer 250 (2023) in the Corporate and M&A area and for his performance in the Oil and Gas market.
