Spanish attorney at law, Italian trademark attorney and professional representative before the EUIPO. She joined Jacobacci & Partners Italy in 2006 as trademark attorney and transferred to the Spanish practice of Jacobacci (Madrid) in 2011, where she currently manages the firm. Within the Jacobacci group, she launched and currently heads the LATAM Desk operating from Madrid and aimed at developing business and strengthening relationships between the firm and Latin American jurisdictions. She manages worldwide and national trademark portfolios, particularly in the fashion and luxury sector, foodstuffs, wine, banking and entertainment. She is a member of INTA, ASIPI and AIPPI where she regularly participates as committee member or chair. She is the author of numerous publications on trademark topics and frequently gives presentations in conferences. She also regularly lectures at Spanish postgraduate law schools on specific IP topics. In 2014 she received the award of “100 Latinos” in Madrid, being selected as one of the 100 most prominent professionals having Latin American connections in Spain. In 2022 and 2023, she was featured by the WTR1000 Review as one of the highest-rated professionals in Spain in the trademark field, and in 2020 she was mentioned by WIPR – World IP Review as being among the “100 Most Influential Women in IP”.
