Eline Hellem Langeland mainly assists clients with contracts and dispute resolution within the shipping, offshore and energy sector, and insurance-related matters across various sectors and industries. She has experience with litigation before Norwegian courts and international arbitration, including cases concerning arrest of ships, shipbuilding, directors’ liability and insurance cover. She also has experience with matters and disputes pertaining to enforcement of claims. Mrs. Hellem Langeland is co-author of the legal commentary to the Lugano Convention for Karnov Group Norway, where she particularly wrote about jurisdiction in insurance matters.
