Felicity is an associate who brings her international experience to the practice. Felicity joined from Clyde & Co at the start of 2020 and the addition of her knowledge and experience has enhanced the team’s capabilities overall. Since joining, Felicity has led counterfeit operations and cancellation actions in Europe in addition to managing the prosecution side of the practice, bringing a wealth of skills and practices from her international law firm experience. Her practice covers all aspects of intellectual property, including trademarks, copyright and related rights, domain names and patents, with a focus on litigation, licensing and brand management. She advises on all aspects of brand protection, with particular expertise in devising enforcement strategies and metaverse/ NFT projects. Felicity is an experienced litigator and deals with intricate cross-border claims. She also advises on domain name disputes, social media disputes and infringement claims, in addition to managing anticounterfeiting operations and developing pre-emptive anticounterfeiting strategies with her clients. Felicity has authored articles for The Patent Lawyer and Chambers and co-authored many articles.
