Fernando Ortega

Fernando achieved his degree in law at Complutense University of Madrid (2003). He is an attorney at Law admitted in the Madrid Bar since 2003, and received a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property from the University Pontificia Comillas of Madrid (ICADE) in 2004. Fernando has deep experience and a thorough knowledge of IP (trademarks, patents, designs), trade secrets and unfair competition issues, including both civil and criminal litigation, as well as providing advice to clients in negotiations and drafting different types of agreements.
