Florentino Carreño is a lawyer based in Madrid, Spain, partner at Cuatrecasas. He is a private client lawyer and an expert in asset structuring between countries and generations. He also advises on structuring of family offices, private equity, hedge funds and insurance. An academician of The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law, currently member of its Executive Committee. He is also an elected international fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He opened the London office of Cuatrecasas where he worked for three years. This experience has enabled him to acquire in-depth knowledge of common law wealth structures while advising national and international clients, especially British, US, Canadian and Latin-American. He lectures Tax Law and European tax harmonization at the University of Navarra and at the University Carlos III.
