Gabriela N. Nastasi is an associate in Epstein Drangel LLP’s anti-counterfeiting and litigation group. Gabriela represents clients in a broad spectrum of trademark, copyright, anti-counterfeiting and related litigation matters in a range of industries, including fashion, toys, consumer products and entertainment. Prior to joining the litigation group, Gabriela began her career with the firm’s trademark group, where she gained extensive experience with all phases of trademark prosecution. Gabriela graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2020 with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Information Law. During law school, Gabriela served as a Client Counselor in Cardozo’s Fashion Law Practicum. She also served as a Staff Editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. Gabriela graduated cum laude from Boston College in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in American Studies, with a focus in Law, Politics and Culture. Gabriela is admitted to practice in New York, as well as before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
