Ismaël M’rad is Senior Associate at Zaanouni Law Firm & Associates, in charge of commercial and corporate matters, general compliance in IT, banking and foreign exchange regulations, and development of renewable energy projects. Ismaël’s focus is on international construction contracts of industrial plants, particularly those related to mining production and power plants in Tunisia. He has advised in relation with contractor’s disputes with public project owners, either on amicable level or by international arbitration (ad hoc, ICC, LCIA). He is also experienced in cross-border transactions of oil & gas assets and helped secured listing and delisting of a major Tunisian bank from the London Stock Exchange, while being fully involved in new market trends by securing foreign investments in electronic trade platforms, digital currencies and renewable energies, with specific focus on Power-to-X projects.
