Jackie Lafleur is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution Department in Johannesburg. She has experience in general commercial litigation and represents corporate clients in a variety of industries including banking, property, mining, construction and agriculture. Jackie represents clients in complex contractual disputes in the High Court and in arbitrations and mediations. Jackie has also represented clients in the International Chamber of Commerce and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes. She is also a qualified mediator and holds an LLB degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and an LLM degree from the University College London.
