James advises and represents both beneficiaries and trustees in breach of trust claims; asset tracing/recovery against trusts and trustees; claims for secondary liability against accessories; disputes concerning trust administration; applications to court for directions, variation and rectification of trusts; disputes about disclosure; the appointment and removal of trustees; and disputes about the exercise of powers. He advises on jurisdictional disputes and the enforcement of foreign judgments against trustees and beneficiaries. James also advises on a broad range of contentious and commercial and company law disputes.
