Juan Antonio Parodi joined Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos in 2004 and has been a partner since 2016. He is a member of the Financial, Banking, Capital Markets and Mergers Acquisitions department and has extensive experience in domestic and cross border financing and refinancing transactions, secured and unsecured syndicated loans, project finance for infrastructure projects, and representing issuers and underwriters in local and international debt and equity capital market transactions. He also advises banks and other entities of the financial industry in regulatory matters. His practice also covers advising Chilean and international companies on mergers and acquisitions transactions, corporate restructuring, and negotiation of commercial agreements. Juan Antonio is a lawyer from Universidad de Chile (Santiago, 2004) and a Master of Laws from Columbia University (New York, 2010).
