Juan Pablo Gómez-Moreno is an associate working in the Bogota office of Adell & Merizalde. His professional practice focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration. He has been involved in highly complex litigations, as well as over 30 high-profile domestic and international arbitrations related to construction, corporate and commercial conflicts, energy, infrastructure, hydrocarbons, telecommunications, and transportation, including several cases under ICC and ICSID rules. He holds a BA in Philosophy, an LLB, a postgraduate degree in International Business Law, and a Masters' in Private Law from Universidad de los Andes. He also works as an adjunct lecturer at his alma mater and Universidad El Bosque, where he teaches several courses like Introduction to Law, Constitutional Law, International Contracts, Property Law, and Jurisprudence of the Supreme Court.
