Line-Alexa Glotin is a partner and head of the private client and tax department at UGGC Avocats in Paris. She advises private clients and institutions in a domestic and international context. She has experience in assisting individuals, family businesses, family offices, charities, trustees and foundations (including art foundations), notably in regard to the transfer and restructuring of private assets, tax planning and estate planning. Ms Glotin also advises on voluntary disclosures and assists clients in tax litigation. She studied law at the Panthéon-Assas University, where she received an advanced studies degree in business law and tax. She is notably a member of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law (IAETL), STEP and the International Bar Association. She publishes regularly and is a lecturer in her field of experience abroad in private client forums, she also teaches at the University Paris Dauphine PSL.
