María Teresa Eljure has over 20 years of experience in the intellectual property field, specializing in contentious procedures related to the nullity, infringement, and cancellation of trademarks and trade names, as well as litigation before the Federal Courts. She also provides consulting services related to the transfer and licensing of intangible assets. In 2005, she was appointed partner at one of the most renowned firms in industrial property law.
