Mariana focuses her practice primarily on M&A, infrasctruture and corporate law. She often represents Brazilian and foreign clients – buyers, sellers and target companies – in a variety of Brazilian and cross-border corporate transactions. Mariana holds a Law degree from Universidade Cândido Mendes, Rio de Janeiro, 2017 and post-graduate degree in Corporate Law from the University of Lisbon (2018). Between 2017 and 2018 Mariana acted as international legal counsel for DLA Piper in Lisbon, Portugal, where she actively participed of several M&A transactions. She is admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) - Rio de Janeiro.
