Patrícia Ramírez joined Arochi & Lindner in 2022, after having acquired significant experience in criminal litigation. Specifically, she has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 2017, and currently her practice focuses on tackling, both in and out of court, the most serious infringements of industrial property rights held by various top-tier brands. Patrícia attained her Law degree at the University of Barcelona and has a master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession from said institution. She also holds a master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from the Pompeu Fabra University and the University of Barcelona. Moreover, as part of her academic background in compliance, she holds a Postgraduate Compliance degree from the Barcelona School of Management of the Pompeu Fabra University.
