Xinyao Zhao is an Of Counsel based in our Global Law office. She joined in 2018. Her main practice areas include cyber and data security, personal information protection, and corporate regulatory compliance. She specialises in advising both multinational and domestic companies in areas including telecoms, internet, Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, e-commerce, fintech and healthcare. She has advised well-known international companies on completing their data compliance projects, as well as assisting with implementation. She has also assisted domestic companies with overseas business development in the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia from a data privacy compliance perspective.
