Zenobia du Toit is Director at Miller du Toit Cloete Inc (“MDT”), a firm in Cape Town, South Africa, specializing in all aspects of family law, related constitutional law issues, comparative law, international cases, Hague Conventions, high end financial disputes, trusts, ADR, PNAs, children’s interests, LGBTQI issues, ART and with a keen interest in developing family law. She has written numerous articles, participates regularly in panels, webinars and expert forums. She has inter alia co-edited a textbook Family Law in South Africa (2021), comments regularly on draft legislation and the SA Law Reform Commission issue papers. She is a member of the IBA Family Law Committee and a governor of the IAFL.
