Ashurst today is to launch a new German-language investigations solution in Germany through a collaboration between Ashurst Advance, its new law division, and global alternative legal services provider UnitedLex.

“First-of-its-kind”

The partnership, which the firm says is the first-of-its-kind in Germany, will build on Ashurst's global investigations' experience and see Ashurst and UnitedLex offer enhanced compliance, discovery and investigation management services including process design and productivity, technology enablement, resource optimisation and document review. The service will be offered initially in Germany, with the ability to scale up and offer in other jurisdictions in accordance with client demand.
