Legal Week reports that Aviva has invited 25 firms to pitch for places during the review, which is being led by overall head of legal and company secretary Kirsty Cooper and Aviva group general counsel Monica Risam.

Those invited to pitch include Linklaters, Clifford Chance, Latham & Watkins, Ashurst, DLA Piper, Berwin Leighton Paisner, Clyde & Co, Addleshaw Goddard and Pinsent Masons.
Successful firms will be appointed for a two-year term running from 30 June.
Magic circle firms Slaughter and May and Allen & Overy have been guaranteed places on Aviva’s legal roster according to the report, having already secured key roles advising the firm’s board.
