Bingham McCutchen LLP has expanded its services in China, bringing in Fred Chang, who will join as a partner in Beijing

Mr Chang, a former co-founding partner of the PRC firm of FenXun Partners, advises global financial institutions and multinationals on investments and acquisitions in China and related regulatory and compliance matters.
