Around 200 jobs will go at the firm after partners handed it over to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority, reports the Birmingham Post.  A spokesperson from the SRA said that whilst the partners had not had their practising certificates suspended, the SRA would “stop the firm from operating, take possession of all documents and papers held by the firm (including clients’ papers) and take possession of all money held by the firm.’
