The total number of students which found posts this year was 351, down from 379 in 2012. By contrast there were 403 in 2011 and 444 in 2010. David Feldman, special features editor at Ultra Vires magazine, said: 'Overall hiring is down for the third year in a row, while tuition is rising and class sizes are increasing at a number of schools. It’s something that I think needs to be part of the national conversation of the legal community.' The stats show this year that, overall, 62 per centof law grads were hired.
