Carson McDowell has hired two top partners from the Belfast office of the UK firm. Real estate partner Dawson McConkey and banking and insolvency partner Sinead McGrath will take up positions in their specialist areas at the Belfast firm.
Commenting on the moves, managing partner Michael Johnston said, ‘We are delighted to have such highly rated and well tregarded lawyers joni us. Both Dawson and Sinead will bring an extra layer of depth to our pre-eminant and well respected banking, insolvency and real estate teams.’
He added that Carson McDowell was firmly focused on being the ‘go to’ law firm for Northern Ireland businesses as well as the law firm of choice for international companies requiring local legal counsel.
