The scheme is intended to boost China’s trade and infrastructure links with countries stretching from Asia to Africa. Shi Yinhong, an international affairs professor at Renmin University, said: ‘We need to do some studies on the laws of other nations to help Chinese investors better plan their 'going out' strategy. More Chinese investors will step up overseas investments under the One Belt, One Road initiative.
