The Australian law firm's software application is a response to the worldwide increase in raids on companies. It allows in-house lawyers to choose which regulator is raiding their office and provides guidance on the appropriate steps to be taken including automatically emailing staff with letters telling them how to co-operate and forwarding prhotographs of search warrants to Clayton Utz's lawyers.
