Chilean players Seguros Lex and Amunategui y Cia will join the English firm to create DAC Beachcroft Chile.
The Lawyer newspaper reports that the move comes almost exactly a year after Beachcroft’s merger with Davies Arnold Cooper (DAC).

'Shared commitment'

The ambitious firm – which posted turnover of £163 million at the latest year-end in June – also has plans to move into Brazil, Panama, Colombia and Peru within the next five years.
DAC Beachcroft Chile regional senior partner Sergio Arellano Iturriaga commented: ‘We’ve worked alongside DAC Beachcroft for a number of years, and the move to a formal merger reflects the close relationships we have built with our new colleagues and our shared commitment to our clients.’
