Mr Viverito is stepping down from the helm of DLA Singapore after one year with the firm to join the Asia-Pacific Council of American Chambers of Commerce as corporate vice chair. He was recruited to DLA's Singapore corporate practice in January last year alongside his successor Mr Bauerschmidt and fellow partner Myles Hankin. All three previously worked together at Jones Day, with Mr Viverito and Mr Hankin joining DLA via interim stints at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher.
Mr Bauerschmidt will retain his responsibilities as head of the firm's capital markets team for Southeast Asia when he steps up into the MP role on 1 May.
