Fish & Richardson opens admin hub in Minneapolis

Fish & Richardson is joining a stream of firms which are operating administrative hubs through plans which will locate 130 personnel in the Minneapolis, Minnesota office.

Some 80 of the staff will move from other offices. The teams located there will include the core operations of finance and accounting, IT and HR as well as part of the patent practice systems team. Fish & Richardson, well known for its patent work, has had a Minneapolis office for 20 years. 

Reducing costs

Peter Devlin, chair of the firm, said: ‘In today’s competitive legal environment, clients expect their law firms to continue to deliver high quality, with better service and results, at increasingly better value.
