Former CC Sydney head launches boutique
Clifford Chance's former Sydney managing partner Mark Pistilli has launched a new corporate boutique.

Mr Pistilli has set up the boutique with fellow partner Danny Simmons, with both having left Clifford Chance earlier this year. Established on 1 May, the new firm is called Pistilli Simmons.
Long-standing clients
A number of long-standing clients have followed the duo to the new firm, including APA Group, Glencore and Sumitomo Corporation, as well as a number of private wealth family clients.
Plans for growth
The firm currently has four lawyers, though Mr Pistilli expects this to grow to around 10 partners and 20 associates in Sydney in the next year. The firm also intends to develop west coast coverage with the launch of an office in Perth.
Clifford Chance has named litigation partner Diana Chang as its new Sydney managing partner.
