Cindy Laquidara was asked by Councilman Bill Bishop to produce an opinion, and he told her that he would also be asking questions after she had delivered the report. Concern about her role appears to stem from the fact that she was initially appointed in 2010 for a term of one year but is still in situ, according to Jacksonville.com.
