Heathrow shuffles legal panel

Heathrow Airport Holdings' legal panel review has seen two new firms land positions, with London law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) and Scottish outfit Morton Fraser flying in to provide advice.

Heathrow: panel shake-up

The Lawyer reports that the two firms are among nine others appointed to the airport operator’s adviser legal panel following a group rebrand.

Merger

The existing panel members are: magic circle firms Allen & Overy and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Blake Lapthorn, Brodies, Eversheds, Herbert Smith freehills and Pinsent Masons.
No firms have been removed from the roster, but long-time advisor McGrigors no longer has its name on the panel after its merger with Pinsents last year.
