A spokesperson has said that the firm sees significant opportunities in the country and that Mr Dare, who has worked in the Asia-Pacific region for more than 20 years and is currently based in Indonesia, will be actively seeking to establish an HFW office there. Mr Dare specialises in structuring foreign investment and in energy and mineral resources, infrastructure and project finance, and M&A transactions.
