Mr Wagner wrote an article in a German newspaper, FAZ, in which he discussed some antitrust issues involved in client Deutsche Telekom's move to introduce usage limits on its flat rate internet connections. The issue is being seen as part of a wider debate on freedom of the web in Germany. The article, according to Legal Business, allegedly led to Mr Wagner being asked to leave the practice. He and about 30 other lawyers then announced they were moving to Morrison & Foerster.
