Hulking great law suit

Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan has been labelled a 'hypocritical fraud' after taking legal action against a web site that published a sex-tape of the 'Hulkster' and the wife of his ex-friend Bubba 'The Love Sponge' Clem.

Mr Clem claimed that Mr Hogan, 59, knew that he was being taped six years ago when Mr Hogan was still married to wife Linda.
According to the New York Daily News, Tampa shock-jock Mr Clem called Mr Hogan a ‘user’ and a ‘piece of crap’, adding that he had no choice but to tell the truth after the 12-time champion filed invasion of privacy suits against him.
When it was suggested that Mr Clem himself released the tape, he rebutted the accusation live on air. ‘Nobody held a gun to your head, Hogan, and told you to come to me and ask me to have sex with my wife,’ Clem claimed, adding that his ex-wife, Heather Clem, was the real victim.
Mr Hogan’s legal team said the wrestler was ‘devastated’ by the incident – while also launching a $100 million federal lawsuit against New York-based Gawker Media for damages and to obtain clear ownership of the steamy footage.
