Kennedys enters formal association with Chilean insurance boutique

Latin America is now a key area for insurers and reinsurers, according to Kennedys.

Kennedys joins forces with Chilean firm Sataler Depolo Diemoz Abogados Anton_Ivanov

International law firm Kennedys has strengthened its Latin American operation by entering into a formal association with Chilean insurance law boutique Sateler Depolo Diemoz Abogados (SDD). Specialists in litigation and arbitration, SDD has over 25 years’ experience in the market and has worked with Kennedys for a number of years. The association furthers Kennedys’ international strategy of helping clients develop in jurisdictions with high growth potential and follows the firm’s recent formalisation of itslong standing relationship with Mexican law firm Bufete Solis Marin Abogados, S.C. and its other existing associations in Bogotá, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

Single joint instruction
