International experience
King & Spalding says that the two lawyers 'have extensive international experience representing investment banks, public companies, financial sponsors, investors and other market participants in a variety of industries on public and private cross-border transactions'. The recruitment of the pair means that the practice has added four partners in London within a matter of six weeks.
