Ms Reilly specialises in managing cross-border human resources projects for global companies and most recently co-founded an Italian niche firm where she set up and ran a network of specialist employment lawyers in more than 60 countries worldwide. Prior to that, she spent seven years at the boutique employment firm of Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo, working closely with Franco Toffoletto on key projects for the Ius Laboris Alliance.
Reinforcing global strategy
Commenting on the appointment, founding partner Luca Failla said the move reinforced the firm’s strategy of international growth, originally marked by the launch of L&E Global in January 2011 with more than 1000 specialist employment lawyers in over 30 countries.
