Horace F Hunter of two-lawyer firm Hunter & Lipton in Richmond, Virginia wrote a blog discussing legal cases and the issues involved. Included in these were some of the firm's wins. In Hunter v Virginia State Bar the court held that such a blog includes commercial speech which is subject to the ethics rules.
