Greg Coleman, head of the Association's technology sub-committee, thinks that the endorsement feature might only be satisfactory for a lawyer if that lawyer is certified as an expert. The way that the facility is currently used could be putting thousands of Florida lawyers beyond compliance with state ethics rules, according to Mr Coleman. He is working with another lawyer to update the rules of the Bar Association in relation to technical use, and particularly social media. He said, according to the Sun-Sentinel: 'These technologies are changing so quickly, the Bar is having a hard time keeping up with the changes. We're trying to figure out how to advise members.'
