Litigator becomes Hogan Lovells chief exec

Hogan Lovells is shifting back to a system of having one chief executive, for the first time since its transatlantic merger in 2010.

Litigation partner Steve Immelt is to take over in June from joint CEOs Warren Gorrell and David Harris who together manage the law firm. Mr Immelt will be supported by David Hudd, currently global financial chief, who will become his deputy. Source: Wall Street Journal
