The ‘women’s leadership programme’ will target practitioners with the strongest potential in an attempt to increase the recruitment and retention of top female associates. Developed in conjunction with the Cranfield School of Management, the programme consists of a series of events, structured learning and coaching sessions over the course of six months.
‘As a firm, we are keen to do whatever we can to motivate, inspire and support our women lawyers,’ commented Christa Band, a partner in the firm’s litigation practice. ‘This programme is one of a number of initiatives and we hope that it will provide a structure for the support and further development of our most talented women.’
