Mayer Brown boosts London office with four lateral hires

Mayer Brown has taken on four new lawyers in the last fortnight, with the latest - banking and finance partner Richard Todd - coming from Berwin Leighton Paisner.

Also joining are David O'Connor, a senior associate at Allen & Overy, S J Berwin real estate partner Patricia Jones and Greg Stonefield, an international corporate partner at White & Case. Two further lateral hires are also thought to be imminent, according to The Lawyer. The new recruits, all joining as partners, help rebuild the office's strength after some recent departures - including that of finance partner Nicola Marley who went to join Minter Ellison.
